Cancellation Policy
At HELP: Health Education Life Principles, we believe in fostering personal connections and providing the highest quality of service. Therefore, all consultations are conducted in person to ensure a thorough and tailored experience for our clients. However, we understand that certain circumstances may prevent an in-person meeting. If you are unable to attend in person, please contact us at helen@helpconsultants.org to arrange a consultation via Zoom. Our team will work with you to schedule a convenient time for a virtual meeting. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation as we strive to provide exceptional service and support. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the deposit paid. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us at helen@helpconsultants.org as soon as possible to avoid any fees.
